The Bachelor of Arts at the University of Southern Queensland equips international students with broad transferable skills in critical thinking, communication, creativity and cultural understanding. Students can tailor their degree by selecting majors and minors across 30+ discipline areas — from international relations, anthropology and history to creative writing, environment and sustainability, and social justice — and mix and match to suit their career goals. The program also includes practical, work-focused learning in many majors, building professional experience and preparing graduates for a wide range of fields including government, community, education, media, policy and cultural sectors.
