Program Overview
The Master of Business Administration at ICMS develops advanced strategic, leadership and analytical capabilities for international students aspiring to senior business roles. The 2-year (full-time) program consists of 10 core subjects, 2 professional placement/WIL subjects and 2 electives (totaling 14 units/64 credit points) and includes an Action Learning Project and Professional Placement to strengthen practical experience and industry networks. The curriculum embeds themes of global mindset, personalised leadership, ethical responsibility and strategic transformation, preparing graduates to lead, innovate and adapt in complex business environments worldwide.

Specialisation / Majors
ICMS offers the Master of Business Administration as a core degree, plus specialised MBA pathways for deeper focus (optional):
- MBA (Business Analytics) — focus on analytics applied to business strategy.
- MBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship) — emphasises innovation strategy and entrepreneurial leadership.
- (MBA in Digital Transformation also exists but may not be available each intake.)
Students typically complete core MBA subjects plus electives to shape their focus within these pathways.
